Privacy
Last updated: October 14, 2026
This site lets you sign up for the activities of the Fondation de l'Harmonie de la Cité. Here, in plain terms, is what we do with your information.
What we collect
Only what you enter in the form:
- your name and email;
- your phone number, if you provide it;
- the student's name and band, if you provide them;
- your volunteer tasks and your answers to the activity's questions.
Why
To organize the activity, know who is coming, assign volunteers and contact you about it. We do not sell your information and do not use it for any other purpose.
Who has access
The Foundation's organizers of the activities, and only them. Anyone who has your management link can also see and change your registration: do not share it.
Payment
This site does not collect any payment information. Tickets are bought on Zeffy, which applies its own privacy policy.
Map of the venues
An activity's page shows a map loaded from openstreetmap.org (OpenStreetMap). When it displays, your browser sends your IP address to OpenStreetMap, which applies its own privacy policy. The directions links open Google Maps or Apple Maps only if you click them.
Where it is hosted
Your information is hosted by Vercel (the site) and Neon (the database), on servers located in the United States. It is therefore subject to the laws of that country.
How long we keep it
Your information is deleted no later than 12 months after the activity.
Your rights
You may ask to access your information, correct it or have it deleted sooner, and withdraw your consent, by writing to the Foundation. You can also edit or cancel your registration with your management link.
